P-Peel 20 Nano-constructed Thixotropic Gel is designed to improve the quality of oily & problematic skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, redness, dark spots, and scarring. The peel formula has exfoliating, oil balancing, and brightening benefits. It affects the epidermis and papillary dermis, decreases the convergence of epidermal corneocytes, and prevents the thickening of the corneal layer. P-Peel 20 Nano-constructed Thixotropic Gel includes Pyruvic Acid that creates a protective film, which prevents the skin from drying out thanks to its moisturizing properties.
The P-Peel 20 Nano-constructed Thixotropic Gel formula contains 20% Pyruvic Acid + 20% Lactic Acid, along with NOON’s protective DermShield™ complex. The acids are formulated into a nano-constructed Thixotropic Gel which significantly increases the peeling effect to enhance treatment effectiveness. The added DermShield™️ complex protects the skin from redness and irritation that are typically associated with high acid concentration and low pH levels.

- 20% Pyruvic Acid – Pyruvic acid is a small-size Alpha-Keto-Acid that penetrates rapidly and deeply through the skin and is considered a potent, non-toxic chemical agent. It promotes deep exfoliation and tissue remodeling, reduces sebum secretions, and fades signs of pigmentation. Ideal for darker skin types and ethnic skin, acne-prone skin, and photodamaged skin.
- 20% Lactic Acid – a potent yet gentle Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), used primarily to stimulate exfoliation of dead skin cells and promote epidermal regeneration, without flaking the skin. In addition, Lactic acid has such an intense epidermal hydration effect, that no other substance can achieve comparable results.
